Traditional Pit-Style

a 1-1/4 pound Lobster***,
12oz sirloin steak

Home-made New
England clam chowder, Native Cape Cod steamers, mussels,
linguica, corn on the cob, red bliss potatoes, Home-made
cole slaw, fresh rolls and butter and sliced watermelon.
- Pit-style prices are $42.95 per person (50 person minimum)
plus 18% gratuity and 6.25% MA meals tax. *100+ Guests $37.95 per person.
- We also offer a "raw bar" for $8.95 per person that can be added onto your clambake. Native Oysters, Little Necks and fresh chilled Shrimp Cocktail. All seafood is prepared in house, served
on a bed of ice, garnished with our homemade cocktail sauce and lemon.
- Kids meal includes burger or hot dog, corn-on-the-cob, potato chips & watermelon for $7.95 per child.
***Larger Lobsters are available upon request.
Our
traditional pit-style clambake takes around 7 hours from
the time we arrive until all food is cooked and all trash is
collected. We will arrive 5 hours before serving time.
With this
style of bake it requires us to dig a pit somewhere onsite which
we line with rocks. We then build a fire to heat the stones.
All food is cooked onsite.
- All food will be ready at the pre-determined time.
- First Course Served: Our New England
clam chowder and fresh dinner rolls.
- Second Course Served: The lobsters,
steak, chicken, steamers, mussels, linguica, corn, potatoes
and cole slaw is ready about 20 minutes after the first course
is served.
- Each bake is finished off with either a
dessert tray, fresh watermelon or a fesh fruit salad.
- All
left-over food is yours and we will box it up for easy storage.
- After
all trash is collected final payment is due at this time.

Catered Raw Bar
- Served in a 6 foot boat we put out filled with ice.
- Fresh: we shuck on site.

Booking A Party
Simply contact
us by emailing or
calling: (508) 420-0500 in order to book a party.
We will check to see if your date and time are avalable.
Once a time and date are agreed upon we will mail you a contract.
There is a $200.00 non-refundable deposit to hold that date
and time. We require a credit card number until we receive
the deposit. You will receive 2 copies
of our contract in the mail. Simply sign them, keep one for
your records and mail the other one back to us in the
pre-addressed envelope.

or Mastercard are accepted.
( 3% charge on all credit card sales )
We can help if you need
tent and/or table rentals and we can arrange for bar
service or even waitstaff. If no further planning
is required, we wont need anything else until 1 week prior
to your party's date, although we are always available for
any other questions or needs you may have.

modern pot-style clambake party takes around 2 1/2 to 3 hours
from the time we arrive until all food is cooked and all trash
is collected. We arrive 1 hour before serving time; set up
the buffet tables with chaffing dishes, all condiments,claw
crackers, wet naps and trash bins. We have it all.
Next our
crew will begin to cook the food. Yes, all food is cooked onsite.
